Vermont 1806 Farmhouse

Robin and her husband, David Key, have had their own on-going house and garden project in southern Vermont since 1984. This country property features dry stone wall work by Dan Snow, a large and productive vegetable garden, a perennial border and a woodland flower border.

The project included the relocation of the town road, restoration of the 1806 farmhouse, renovation of an old Apple orchard, design and siting of a new post and beam barn, and the addition of a porch that is both a woodshed and a screened-in living room.
